摘要
目的:观察穴位敷贴治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的临床疗效。方法:将125例病人随机分为治疗组62例和对照组63例,将125例COPD稳定期患者随机分为两组,穴位敷贴组62例,给予基础治疗加穴位敷贴,对照组63例给予基础治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分变化、治疗后半年内的急发次数、治疗前后肺通气功能变化(FVC%、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%)、治疗前后生活质量评分变化。结果:穴位敷贴组在改善COPD稳定期患者中医证候积分疗效方面及减少患者半年内急发次数、改善患者生活质量方面明显优于对照组。穴位敷贴组对肺功能无明显改善作用,与对照组比较无意义。结论:穴位敷贴有改善患者中医证候积分、减少患者半年内急发次数、提高生活质量的作用。
Objective：To evaluate the effects on the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable phase treated by the Point Application.Methods：In the study,the 125 patients with COPD have been randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group（63）have been given western medicine simply.The Point Application group have been treated with western medicine and point application.The symptoms and related items were measured and recorded before and after the treatment.Results：After the treatments,the TCM clinical symptoms points,acute attack times within half a year and the evaluation index of curative effects,the daily life ability,public activities ability,depressed symptom and anxiety symptom in the Point Application group had improvd more significantly than in the control group.There weren＇t significant differences between the two groups in the pulmonary function.Conclusion：The Point Application can improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms and the life quality of patients.and decrease acute attack times within half a year.
