摘要
为提升海洋腐蚀环境下大跨度悬索桥主缆索股的受力性能及防腐耐久性能,依托深中通道伶仃洋大桥(主跨1 666 m悬索桥),开展了新型主缆索股材料——?6 mm 2 060 MPa锌铝镁多元合金镀层钢丝索股的技术开发。经试验验证,研发、制造的锌铝镁多元合金镀层钢丝主缆索股具有优异的锚固性能、抗滑移性能和耐腐蚀性能。对大规格主缆单元索股编制生产线进行改造,满足高强度、大规格主缆单元索股的生产需求,编索精度大幅提升。研制的?6 mm 2 060 MPa锌铝镁多元合金镀层钢丝索股在深中通道伶仃洋大桥中取得较好的应用效果,在满足结构受力安全性能的同时,降低了大桥建设成本。
In the Lingdingyang Bridge of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link,the novel type 2 060 MPa Zn-Al-Mg coated steel wires of 6 mm diameter are used to improve the load bearing performance,corrosion resistance and durability of main cable strands of the long-span suspension bridge(main span length reaching 1 666 m) in the marine corrosive environment.The test results demonstrate that the Zn-Al-Mg coated steel wire strands have excellent anchoring performance,fatigue strength,anti-slippage ability and corrosion resistance.The manufacture line of the strands for large-scale main cables has been upgraded to meet the fabrication demands of high strength and large-scale main cable strands,and the fabrication precision is remarkably improved.The utilization of the 2 060 MPa and 6 mm-diameter Zn-Al-Mg coated steel wire strands enables the Lingdingyang Bridge to meet the required load bearing safety level and reduce the construction costs.
