摘要 为了探究钢-混凝土组合梁中摩擦型高强螺栓抗剪连接件的受剪性能,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了抗滑移试件和推出试件有限元模型,并通过与试验结果的对比验证了数值模拟的可靠性。试件抗滑移性能与螺栓预拉力密切相关,且在螺栓杆应力状态处于弹性工作范围时,预拉力的施加取决于混凝土的局部抗压损能力。通过数值分析研究了垫片尺寸、混凝土强度和混凝土板厚度、螺栓直径和强度等级对螺栓预拉力的影响。此外,通过对推出试件进行有限元参数化分析,研究了混凝土强度、混凝土板厚度、螺栓预拉力和螺栓直径对抗滑移强度、抗滑移刚度和极限抗剪承载力的影响。结果表明:螺栓预拉力的施加范围受混凝土强度、厚度、螺栓等级、螺栓直径和垫片尺寸的影响,且各参数之间的合理匹配可有效减小混凝土板面的损伤程度。根据推出模拟结果可知,随着混凝土强度和螺栓预拉力的增加,试件抗滑移强度和刚度显著增大,而极限抗剪承载力受螺栓预拉力的影响较小。随着混凝土强度和螺栓直径的增大,试件的极限抗剪承载力显著提高。 To investigate the shear performance of friction-type high-strength bolt shear connectors in steel-concrete composite beams,the models of anti-slipping specimens and push-out specimens are established by using the finite element software ABAQUS,and the accuracy of the numerical simulation is validated by comparing the simulation results with the test results.The anti-slip performance of specimens is correlated with the pretension force of bolts,and the application of pretension is dependent on the local resistance to compression loss of concrete when the bolts are in their elastic working range.Numerical analysis is used to examine the effects of washer size,concrete strength and concrete slab thickness,as well as bolt diameter and strength grade on bolt pretension.Moreover,the effects of concrete strength,concrete slab thickness,bolt pretension,and bolt diameter on the anti-slip strength,anti-slip stiffness,and ultimate shear bearing capacity of the push-out specimens are investigated by using finite element parametric analysis.The results indicate that the applicable range of bolt pretension is affected by concrete strength,slab thickness,bolt grade,bolt diameter,and washer size,and that the proper matching of these parameters may significantly limit the degree of slab surface damage.According to the simulation results,the anti-slip strength and stiffness of the specimens rise considerably with an increase in concrete strength and bolt pretension,however the ultimate shear capacity is less affected by bolt pretension.With an increase in concrete strength and bolt diameter,the specimens’ultimate shear capacity improves dramatically.
