基于SSPC的智能配电系统设计

摘要 为了解决对飞机铁鸟试验台不同功率精密仪器的配电问题,减小配电系统的体积,并提高配电的稳定性和可靠性。文章提出基于固态功率控制器(SSPC)的智能配电系统,设计并实现该智能配电系统,系统采用以PC作为数据处理和分析,固态功率控制器(SSPC)代替传统继电器对负载进行控制,采用CAN总线传输协议的设计方案。该配电系统能有效提高对精密仪器配电的安全可靠性,并在设备体积减小、故障隔离和配电系统的智能化、远距离数据传输的速率与可靠性上有一定进步。 This paper mainly solves the problem of power distribution of different power precision instruments in the aircraft iron bird test bench.At the same time, the volume of the power distribution system is reduced, and the stability and reliability of the power distribution system are improved.Smart power distribution systems are based on solid state power controller(SSPC).The system uses a PC for data processing and analysis.Solid State Power Controller(SSPC) replaces traditional relays to control the load. The power distribution system can effectively improve the safety and reliability of power distribution to precision instruments.The system also has progress in the reduction of equipment size, fault isolation and intelligence of the power distribution system, and the speed and reliability of long-distance data transmission.
