摘要 设计了一种基于PWM控制的固态功率控制器,使得其对大电容负载开通时的电流抑制和短路保护时,MOSFET均处于开关状态,降低了MOSFET损耗,提高了系统可靠性;用Saber软件建立了仿真模型,进行了仿真验证,对该固态功率控制器在高可靠性的机载高压直流电源系统的应用提供了理论依据和设计方法。 An airborne HVDC SSPC based on PWM control was designed,when the suppression surge current of opening the controller with a capacitive load and the protection of short-circuit of the SSPC the MOSFET,was in a switch state that could reduce the losses of the MOSFET and the reliability of the system could be improved.The simulation model was set up through the Saber software,and the simulation verification was carried out.It is provides the theory gist and method of the SSPC application in airborne HVDC power system of high reliability.
