动车组制动用B11调压阀数值模拟分析及故障研究

摘要 针对动车组制动系统中使用的B11调压阀建立了数值仿真模型,并与实际产品性能进行对比。研究了阀内部件受力特性,同时模拟分析节流栓堵塞和橡胶膜片破裂故障,对产品进行了优化设计与故障排查,为后续智能运维提供前期技术储备。 A numerical simulation model of B11 pressure regulating valve used in EMU braking system is established and compared with the actual product performance.The stress characteristics of the internal parts of the valve were studied,and the failure of throttling plug plugging and rubber diaphragm rupture were simulated and analyzed.The optimization design and troubleshooting of the product were carried out,which provided early technical reserve for subsequent intelligent operation and maintenance.
