摘要
能量路由器的直流母线短路故障类型多样,故障特性复杂,影响电网的柔性可控和安全稳定。针对能量路由器中模块化多电平变换器的母线短路,将故障过程按照谐振原理分为2个部分,分别进行理论分析,并根据对发生母线短路故障的模块化多电平变换器直流母线电容上R-L-C谐振电压以及故障点R-L-C谐振电流的理论推导,分析了数个关键系统元件参数对故障特性的影响,最后通过仿真对不同系统结构参数下的故障特性进行比较分析,验证了理论分析的准确性。
The direct current(DC) bus short-circuit fault of energy router has various types and complicated fault characteristics, which affects the flexibility and stability of the power grid. Aiming at the bus short circuit of modular multilevel converter in energy router, the fault process is divided into two parts according to resonance principle, and the theoretical analysis is carried out respectively. Based on theoretical derivations of R-L-C resonant voltage on DC bus capacitor and R-L-C resonant current at fault point of modular multilevel converter with bus short-circuit fault, the influences of several key system element parameters on fault characteristics are analyzed. Finally, the fault characteristics under different system structural parameters are compared and analyzed by simulation, which verifies the accuracy of theoretical analysis.
