摘要
介绍了金属波纹管膨胀节的计算方法,通过试验对比,将测出特定规格金属波纹管膨胀节不同气体压力下的实际盲板力。利用不同的计算公式,求解得到该金属波纹管膨胀节盲板力。将实际盲板力与计算盲板力进行对比,对比分析不同公式计算值与实际值的偏差范围、偏差方向,以及不同接口形式对同种规格金属波纹管膨胀节的盲板力大小影响。并得到不同接口形式的金属波纹管膨胀节偏差最小的计算方式。
This paper introduces the calculation method of metal bellows expansion joint.Through experimental comparison,the actual blind plate force of metal bellows expansion joint with specific specification under different gas pressure is measured and compared with the blind plate force of metal bellows expansion joint obtained by using different calculation formulas.Through comparative analysis,understand the deviation range and direction between different calculation formulas and actual values;And the influence of different interface forms on the blind plate force of metal bellows expansion joint of the same specification.Master the calculation method of minimum deviation of metal bellows expansion joints with different interface forms.
