摘要
本文总结了目前国内高炉上涨的情况,并以杭钢1#1 250 m3高炉为案例,进行了系统的分析。首先对高炉盲板力进行建模计算,然后在高炉大修期间,跟踪、记录扒炉情况,同时对关键部位取样分析。根据盲板力计算的结果、现场拆炉情况以及取样分析结果,详细分析了高炉上涨的原因,并提出了一种防涨型高炉的设计方案。
The present paper summarizes the situation of blast furnace internal rising,and take 1#1250 m3 blast furnace of Hangzhou steel works as a case,a systematic analysis was carried out.Firstly the blind plate force of blast furnace is modeled and calculated,then during the overhaul of the blast furnace,follow up and record the situation of the blast furnace demolition,at the same time the key parts were sampled and analyzed.Based on the results of calculation of blind plate force,on-site furnace removal and sampling analysis results,the reason of blast furnace rising is analyzed in detail,and puts forward a design scheme of prevent blast furnace rising.
