摘要
服务区域产业发展是高职院校的一项重要使命,区域产业结构直接决定着人才的需求,高职院校作为人才供给侧,专业结构、教学资源等受到区域产业结构的制约,另一方面高职院校合理的人才供给结构、质量及数量都对区域产业转型升级有一定的促进作用。从株洲市产业转型升级趋势的角度,分析了职业人才需求;从本土院校专业结构的角度研究了人才供给现状。通过分析人才需求与供给的符合程度,研究人才供需平衡中存在的问题,进而提出了平衡人才供需的对策。
Serving regional industrial development is an important mission of higher vocational colleges.Regional industrial structure directly determines the demand for talents.As the talent supply side,higher vocational colleges are restricted by regional industrial structure in terms of professional structure and teaching resources.On the other hand,the reasonable talent supply structure,quality and quantity of higher vocational colleges play a certain role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of regional industries.It analyzes the demand for professional talents from the perspective of the trend of industrial transformation and upgrading in Zhuzhou City;this paper studies the current situation of talent supply from the perspective of professional structure of local colleges and universities.By analyzing the consistency between talent demand and supply,this paper studies the problems existing in the balance of talent supply and demand,and then puts forward the countermeasures to balance talent supply and demand.
