摘要
随着跨境电商的飞速发展,人才紧缺问题更加突出。从智联招聘发布的研究报告中可知最大的人才需求来自于广东省,其中广州深圳两地占比较大。文章以深圳市的跨境电商企业为研究对象,利用数据采集工具,从“智联招聘”“前程无忧”“猎聘”等招聘网站上采集一些招聘数据,从中随机选取400条招聘信息,然后从任职要求和岗位职责中挖掘跨境电商企业对人才的具体需求,结合我国人才供给情况,提出应对跨境电商人才短缺问题的建议。
With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, the problem of talent shortage is also intensifying. From the research report released by Zhi Lian Recruitment, we can see that the largest demand for talents comes from Guangdong Province, among which Guangzhou and Shenzhen account for a relatively large share. In this paper, we take cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Shenzhen as the research object, and use data collection tools to collect some recruitment data from recruitment websites such as "Zhi Lian Recruitment", "51job" and "Hire". Then, we extracted the specific needs of cross-border e-commerce enterprises for talents from job requirements and job duties, and put forward several suggestions to deal with the shortage of cross-border e-commerce talents in the light of the supply of talents in China.
