摘要
混合现实(Mixed Reality,MR)技术是将虚拟世界和真实世界合成一个无缝衔接的虚实融合世界。针对混合现实全息技术的优势,在“纯电动汽车整车结构与拆装”实训课程教学过程中,将混合现实全息技术运用到课堂中,以“纯电动汽车整车结构与拆装”实训课程为载体,在虚拟现实系统设备中建造出纯电动汽车三维拆装模型,为学生提供一个可重复操作的虚拟纯电动汽车拆装环境,构建新的混合现实全息教学模式,重点解决当前存在的实训设备缺乏、教学模式不适应产业发展、操作安全隐患等问题,从而更好地培养学生的实际操作技能和职业素养,以此提高新能源汽车技术专业人才培养质量。
Mixed reality(MR)technology is to combine the virtual world and the real world into a seamless virtual and real world.In view of the advantages of mixed reality technology,in the teaching process of pure electric vehicle structure and disassembly training course,mixed reality technology is applied to the classroom,with pure electric vehicle structure and disassembly training course as the carrier,in the virtual A three-dimensional disassembly and assembly model of pure electric vehicles is built in the real system equipment,providing students with a repeatable virtual pure electric vehicle disassembly and assembly environment,and a new mixed reality holographic teaching mode is constructed,focusing on solving the current lack of training equipment and teaching.The model is not suitable for industrial development,hidden dangers of operation safety,etc.,so as to better cultivate students’practical operation skills and professional quality,so as to improve the training quality of new energy vehicle technology professionals.
