摘要
汽车产业在不断创新中实现跨越和变革,宁波正处于产业升级的关键时期,汽车关键零部件研发与试验评价公共服务平台的构建与实施是服务区域中小企业转型升级的迫切需要、整合资源推动协同创新发展的必然选择、企业发挥自身优势拓展发展空间的有效手段。平台遵循强化顶层设计,明确发展思路;集聚产研资源,促进协同发展;设立科技智库,研究行业动态;创新多元模式,促进成果转化;健全工作机制,激发创新活力的原则。平台的构建与实施给汽车产业全产业链的发展提供了技术保障,助力宁波产业集群高质量发展。
The automobile industry has achieved leaps and changes in continuous innovation. At present,Ningbo is in a critical period of industrial upgrading. The construction and implementation of a public service platform for the R & D(research and development) and test evaluation of key auto parts is an urgent need for the transformation and upgrading of regional small and medium-sized enterprises, an inevitable choice for integrating resources to promote collaborative innovation and development, as well as an effective means for enterprises to give full play to their own advantages and expand development space. Platform follows the following principles:(1) Strengthen top-level design and clarify development ideas;(2) Gather production and research resources to promote coordinated development;(3) Set up the science and technology think tank to study industry trends;(4) Innovate multiple models and promote the transformation of achievements;(5)Improve the working mechanism and stimulate the vitality of innovation. The construction and implementation of the platform have provided technical guarantee for the development of the whole industrial chain of the automobile industry and greatly helped the high-quality development of Ningbo industrial clusters.
