摘要
在节能减排、降低能耗的需求驱动下,汽车轻量化代表着当前汽车的发展方向,成为世界各国汽车工业竞相发展的目标。文章简要介绍了铝合金、镁合金、高强钢等典型汽车轻量化材料的性能特点及在汽车零部件上的应用,同时从结构优化设计以及轻量化工艺等方面系统阐述了汽车轻量化的发展状况。
Driven by the demand for energy conservation, emission reduction and energy consumption reduction, automobile lightweight represents the current development direction of automobile and has become the competitive development goal of automobile industry all over the world. This paper briefly introduces the performance characteristics of typical automobile lightweight materials such as aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy and high-strength steel and their application in automobile parts. At the same time, the development of automobile lightweight is systematically described from the aspects of structural optimization design and lightweight technology.
