摘要
目的调查心外科护士对开胸手术后患者液体复苏管理的知信行现状及影响因素分析,为提高心外科护士的液体复苏管理水平提供参考价值。方法采用便利抽样法,于2021年8月-2022年2月选择山东省5所三级甲等医院162名心外科护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、患者液体复苏管理知信行量表进行调查,采用多元线性回归分析其液体复苏管理知信行的影响因素。结果液体复苏管理知识维度得分为(76.71±8.25)分、态度维度得分为(33.65±4.23)分、行为维度得分为(57.81±7.26)分,总分为(168.17±19.74)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,影响心外科护士液体复苏管理知识的因素为年龄、是否参加过液体复苏培训(t=-2.438、2.941,P<0.05),影响态度的因素为职称、是否参加过液体复苏培训(t=2.175、3.136,P<0.05),影响行为的因素为是否参加过液体复苏培训(t=4.041,P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,心外科护士对开胸手术后患者液体复苏管理的知识、态度、行为之间存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论心外科护士对开胸手术后患者液体复苏管理的知信行较好,临床护理管理者应建立较为完备的培训体系,强化心外科护士的知识和行为,为提高心外科护士的液体复苏管理水平提供参考价值。
Objective To explore the investigation of the status and influencing factors of fluid resuscitation management after thoracotomy,and to provide reference value for improving the level of fluid resuscitation management of cardiac surgery nurses.Methods From August 2021 to February 2022,162 cardiac surgery nurses from 5 tertiary class A hospitals in Shandong Province were selected as the research objects,then general data questionnaire and patient liquid resuscitation management scale were used for investigation,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of liquid resuscitation management.Results Knowledge dimension score(76.71±8.25),attitude dimension score(33.65±4.23),behavioral dimension score(57.81±7.26),total score(168.17±19.74);Multiple linear regression analysis found that the factors influencing the knowledge of fluid resuscitation management of cardiac surgery nurses were age and training(t=-2.438、2.941,P<0.05),attitude,professional title and training(t=2.175、3.136,P<0.05),and behavior,training(t=4.041,P<0.05).Correlation analysis found a positive correlation among the knowledge,attitude and behavior of cardiac surgery nurses on the management of fluid resuscitation after thoracotomy(P<0.05)。Conclusion Cardiac surgery nurses have a good attitude towards liquid resuscitation management after thoracotomy,and have good knowledge and behavior level.Clinical nursing managers should establish a relatively complete training system,strengthen the knowledge and behavior of cardiac surgery nurses,and provide reference value for improving the liquid resuscitation management level of cardiac surgery nurses.
