摘要
针对临床异构数据无法直接用于非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)临床治疗的问题,本文以NSCLC为研究对象,借助大数据技术,通过对生物数据挖掘,建立医疗大数据平台。同时,围绕临床构建NSCLC精准治疗知识库,并探索出一套NSCLC精准治疗实施方法,达到为每位患者制定个性化治疗方案的目标,为临床提供决策参考。
To solving the problem that clinical heterogeneous data cannot be directly used in the clinical treatment of Non-Small Lung Cancer(NSCLC),the thesis takes the NSCLC as the research object,and establishes a medical big data platform through the biological data mining with the help of big data technology.Meanwhile,we built a knowledge base of precision treatment for NSCLC,and explored a set of implementation methods for precision treatment of NSCLC,so as to achieve the goal of developing a personalized treatment plan for each patient,and provide reference for clinical decision-making.
