摘要
新时代国家建设“双高”学校与专业背景下,高素质技术技能人才的需求紧迫性越来越凸显,工匠文化与工匠精神被赋予时代新内涵,成为大学生思想政治教育中的重要内容。探究工匠文化与工匠精神融入思政教育的机制,深入开展融入工匠精神的教育变革,成为高职院校思想政治教育探索重点。该文针对工匠文化的发展起源、价值谱系及工匠精神的基本概念、内涵特质展开论述,分析工匠文化与工匠精神融入大学生思想政治教育中的价值意蕴,从而为在“双高”院校大学生中更好培育和塑造工匠精神提供理论依据和理论支撑。
Under the background of national construction of double high schools and majors in the new era,the demand for high-quality technical and skilled personnel is becoming more and more urgent.Craftsman culture and craftsman spirit are endowed with new connotation of the times and become an important content in college students'Ideological and political education.Exploring the mechanism of integrating craftsman culture and craftsman spirit into Ideological and political education and carrying out educational reform integrating craftsman spirit have become the focus of Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.This paper discusses the development origin,value pedigree of craftsman culture and the basic concepts,connotation and characteristics of craftsman spirit,and analyzes the value implication of integrating craftsman culture and craftsman spirit into college students'Ideological and political education,so as to provide theoretical basis and theoretical support for better cultivating and shaping craftsman spirit among College Students in double high colleges.
