摘要
产教融合型企业的建设是深化职业教育改革的成功实践,对提升人才培养质量,促进职业教育高质量发展意义重大。经过一段时间的探索,我国产教融合型企业的建设已经取得了初步成效,但在建设过程中也存在权责界限划分不明、区域发展不均衡等方面的问题。对此,要通过明确权责规范企业有序参与、建立阶梯式认证与激励体系、创新培育“双能型”教师队伍、构建第三方评价机制和建立多元的成本激励机制等具体举措进一步完善。
The construction of enterprises integrating production and education is of great significance to deepening the reform of vocational education, enhancing the adaptability of vocational education, and promoting the highquality development of vocational education.After a period of exploration, the construction of an industryeducation-integrated enterprise has achieved initial results, but there are still problems in the construction process,such as unclear division of power and responsibilities, uneven regional development. In this regard, it is necessary to further improve through specific measures such as clarifying rights and responsibilities, regulating the orderly participation of enterprises, establishing a stepped certification and incentive system, innovating and cultivating "dual-energy" teachers, and building a third-party evaluation mechanism.
