摘要
产教融合型企业内部建设研究在企业基础与特征、企业教育化改造、企业运行机制、企业实践案例分析等领域取得了一定成果,但也存在企业视角研究狭窄、内部教育能力重视不足等问题。开展产教融合型企业内部建设研究有利于未来产教融合型企业高质量建设,推动落实企业的教育主体地位;有利于回应企业实践中的需要,服务和保障企业教育主体作用的发挥。研究内容可从宏观理论、中观系统和微观实践三个层次开展;研究方法应立足实证调研,精准研究供给,倡导多学科和跨学科研究,注重借鉴和反思优秀经验。
The research on the internal construction of industry-education integrated enterprises has made some research achievements in the fields of enterprise foundation and characteristics, enterprise educational transformation, enterprise operation mechanism, enterprise practice case analysis and so on, but there are also research problems of weak enterprise perspective and insufficient attention to internal education ability.Research on the internal construction of industry-education integrated enterprises is conducive to the high-quality construction of the future industry-education integrated enterprises and promote the implementation of the main position of enterprise education;and is beneficial to respond to the needs of enterprise practice and serve and guarantee the play of the main role of enterprise education. Relevant research contents can be carried out from three levels: macro theory, mezzo system and micro practice. The research methods should be based on empirical research, accurately study supply, advocate multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary research, and pay attention to learning from and reflecting on excellent experience.
