摘要
目的分析围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血(P-DUB)患者治疗依从性状况及其影响因素。方法统计148例PDUB患者的治疗依从性状况,分析影响其治疗依从性的相关因素。结果148例P-DUB患者中,治疗依从性不佳43例,占29.05%。单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析显示,文化程度、家庭支持、HAMA评分及HAMD评分是P-DUB患者治疗依从性的独立影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论P-DUB患者存在治疗依从性不佳情况,文化程度、家庭支持及心理状态均会影响PDUB患者的治疗依从性。临床应根据P-DUB患者的个体差异给予针对性干预,以有效提高其治疗依从性。。
Objective To analyze the treatment compliance status of patients with perimenopause-dysfunctional uterine bleeding(P-DUB)and its influencing factors.Methods The treatment compliance status of 148 P-DUB patients was counted,and the related factors affecting their treatment compliance were analyzed.Results Among the 148 P-DUB patients,43 cases had poor treatment compliance,accounting for 29.05%.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that educational level,family support,HAMA score and HAMD score were independent influencing factors of treatment compliance in patients with P-DUB(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions P-DUB patients have poor treatment compliance.Education level,family support and psychological state will affect the treatment compliance of P-DUB patients.In clinic,targeted intervention should be given according to the individual differences of P-DUB patients to effectively improve their treatment compliance.
