摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的影响效果。方法选择2015年1月至2017年12月我院收治的围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的患者100例,将患者随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者在医师的指导下进行用药,给予常规护理,观察组患者由医师指导用药,给予综合护理干预,对两组护理效果进行比较。结果观察组临床效果、治疗依从性高于对照组,观察组失败率低于对照组,生活质量各项评分比较观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论综合护理干预可提高围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的服药依从性,通过护理干预治疗效果明显高于对照组,这样做不但可以帮助患者身体恢复,还能提高患者的生活质量,所以护理干预对绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的患者有很大作用。
Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods To select 100 cases of patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017, and they were divided into observation group and control group with the same number of patients randomly. Patients in the control group took medicines under the guidance of physician, and received routine nursing. Patients in the observation group took medicines under the guidance of physician, and received comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical effect and treatment compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The failure rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the compliance of patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. The effect of nursing intervention in the observation group is significantly higher than that of the control group. This will not only help the patient recover, but also improve the quality of life of these patients. Therefore, nursing interventions have a great effect on patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
