摘要
目的:研究治疗性沟通配合火龙罐综合灸技术对肺癌化疗患者睡眠障碍改善的作用。方法:选取肺癌患者66例,按2∶1随机分为试验组44例和对照组22例。两组均予包括知识宣教、心理干预、饮食指导和用药干预等常规干预措施,试验组患者再加治疗性沟通配合火龙罐综合灸技术。两组均干预2~3个化疗周期,观察并比较两组干预前与干预2~3个化疗周期后睡眠质量指标[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)]评分的变化。结果:两组干预前后睡眠质量情况比较,试验组、对照组干预后睡眠质量总得分均较干预前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组干预前后差值得分比较,试验组干预前后差值得分更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗性沟通配合火龙罐综合灸技术可明显改善肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量,解决睡眠障碍问题。
Objective To study the effect of therapeutic communication combined with fire-dragon pot moxibustion technology on improving sleep disorders in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of 66 lung cancer patients were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=44) and control group(n=22) according to 2∶1. Both groups were given conventional intervention measures including knowledge education, psychological intervention, dietary guidance and medication intervention, and patients in the experimental group were added with therapeutic communication and fire-dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion technology. Patients in both groups were treated for 2-3 cycles of chemotherapy, and the changes of sleep quality index [Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)] scores were observed and compared between the two groups before and after 2-3 cycles of chemotherapy.Results Both of the total scores of sleep quality of the experimental group and the control group are less than the scores before intervention(P<0. 05) Compared with the control group, the difference score of the experimental group before and after intervention was higher(P< 0. 05).Conclusion Therapeutic communication combined with fire-dragon pot moxibustion technique can significantly improve sleep quality and solve sleep disorders in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.
