乙二醇热回收装置在实验动物设施运行中的节能效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的统计分析乙二醇热回收装置在实验动物设施全年运行中的节能效果。方法利用设施配备的自控软件组态王,记录设施新风温度、新风相对湿度、热交换后的空气温度、热交换后的空气相对湿度等原始数据。并通过热交换数据进行分析,计算出新风焓值H1(kJ/kg)、热交换后空气的焓值H2(kJ/kg)、每个时间点的热量回收值及每个时间点的热量回收值所对应的电量消耗值。结果在室内温度保持在(24.0±2.0)℃、室内相对湿度保持40%~70%的状态下,当室外日均气温高于26.15℃或低于17.30℃时,该装置节省的能量要高于其自身的能耗;当室外日均气温在17.30℃至26.15℃时,该装置节省的能量则要低于其自身的能耗。结论在实验动物设施通风空调系统中应用乙二醇热回收装置的确能够实现节能运行,但在节省的能量低于其自身的能耗时应当停止该装置的运行,从而达到有效降低运行成本的最终目的。 Objective To statistically analyze the energy-saving effect of ethylene glycol heat recovery device in the annual operation of laboratory animal facilities.Method Using the automatic control software Kingview provided by the facility,the original data such as the temperature of the fresh air,the relative humidity of the fresh air,the air temperature after heat exchange,and the relative humidity of the air after heat exchange were recorded.And through the analysis of the heat exchange data,the enthalpy value H1(kJ/kg)of the fresh air,the enthalpy value H2(kJ/kg)of the air after heat exchange,the heat recovery value at each time point and the heat recovery value at each time point are calculated.The power consumption value corresponding to the value.Result When the indoor dry bulb temperature was kept at(24.0±2.0)℃and the indoor relative humidity was kept at 40%-70%,when the outdoor daily average temperature was higher than 26.15℃or lower than 17.30℃,the energy saved by the device was higher than its own energy consumption;when the outdoor daily average temperature is 17.30℃to 26.15℃,the energy saved by the device is lower than its own energy consumption.Conclusion The application of ethylene glycol heat recovery device in the ventilation and air conditioning system of experimental animal facilities can indeed achieve energy-saving operation,but when the energy saved is lower than its own energy consumption,the operation of the device should be stopped,so as to effectively reduce the operation cost.
