摘要
结合聚酯装置2020年大修期间新增PTA管链输送机投用后的运行状况,对运行中的问题提出一些优化措施,如增设投料平台,改进破包方式,使用高强度接头,增加进料弯头和液位计等,以提高管链输送设施运行的稳定性和高效性。
Combined with the operation status of PTA pipe chain conveyor added during the overhaul of polyester plant in 2020,some optimization measures are put forward for the problems in operation,such as adding feeding platform,improving package breaking mode,using high-strength joint,adding feed elbow and liquid level gauge,so as to improve the stability and efficiency of pipe chain transportation facilities.
