摘要
基于新时代背景和前人的研究,文章赋予产业升级新的内涵,并在其内涵的基础上,首先构建了经济效益、社会效益、科技效益、生态效益、结构合理化和结构高级化6个准则层的新时代产业升级评价指标体系;然后利用熵值法和多目标线性加权函数法测算了我国产业升级综合指数,对我国30个省份2017年的产业升级水平进行了综合评价;最后运用了聚类分析法对这30个省份的产业升级水平进行了分类。结果显示:北京、上海的产业升级水平远远领先于我国其他省份,各省份间产业升级水平不均衡;我国地区间产业升级水平差异明显,呈现东部地区产业升级水平明显高于中部地区和西部地区、西部地区产业升级水平远远落后于东部地区和中部地区的特点,且我国产业升级水平整体比较低。
Based on the background of the new era and previous studies,this paper gives the industrial upgrading a new connotation,and on the basis of its connotation,firstly constructs the industrial upgrading evaluation index system of the new era with six criteria layers:economic benefit,social benefit,scientific and technological benefit,ecological benefit,rationalization of structure and advanced structure.Then,entropy value method and multi-objective linear weighting function method are used to calculate the industrial upgrading comprehensive index,and the industrial upgrading level of 30 provinces in 2017 is comprehensively evaluated.Finally,cluster analysis is used to classify the industrial upgrading level of these 30 provinces.The results go as below:The level of industrial upgrading in Beijing and Shanghai is far ahead of the other provinces in China,and the industrial upgrading among the provinces is not balanced.The difference of industrial upgrading level between Chinese regions is obvious,showing that the industrial upgrading level of eastern regions is significantly higher than that of central regions and western regions,that the industrial upgrading level of western regions is far behind that of eastern regions and central regions,and that the overall level of industrial upgrading in China is relatively low.
