摘要
以4,4’–二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃二醇、聚醚二醇、聚碳酸酯二醇、聚酯二醇、丙烯酸树脂和偶联剂为主要原料制备了单组分反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,研究了二元醇、异氰酸酯、偶联剂对聚氨酯热熔胶耐热性能的影响。结果表明:聚碳酸酯二醇耐热性能最好;异氰酸酯质量分数为4.5%时,聚氨酯热熔胶高温黏结性能最优;当偶联剂质量分数为0.3%时,材料高温黏结强度最高。
Single component reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive was prepared using 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate,polytetrahydrofuran diol,polyether diol,polycarbonate diol,polyester diol,acrylate resin and coupling agent as main raw materials.The influence of diol,isocyanate and coupling agent on the heat resistance of polyurethane hot melt adhesive was investigated.The results show that polycarbonate diol has the best heat resistance,polyurethane hot melt adhesive has the best high temperature adhesion performance when the mass fraction of isocyanate is 4.5%,the material has the highest high temperature adhesion strength when the mass fraction of coupling agent is 0.3%.
