摘要
本研究通过将乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA),苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS),氢化C_5石油树脂,石蜡,填料和抗氧剂在密炼机中共混密炼,制备了一种新型的SBS/EVA热熔胶并对产品进行结构和性能表征。通过单因素考察法分别探讨了SBS热塑性弹性体对SBS/EVA热熔胶的软化点、剥离强度和拉伸强度的影响,研究了SBS的含量对热熔胶破坏状态的影响。结果表明,SBS的加入可以大幅提高EVA热熔胶的拉伸性能和粘接性能,软化点和拉伸强度都随着SBS加入量的提高逐渐增大。剥离强度随SBS含量的提高先增大后减小,SBS的最大加入量为25%。扫描电镜(SEM)图片显示SBS可以提高EVA热熔胶的韧性。
By blending ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA),styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS),hydrogenated C5petroleum resin,paraffin,filler and antioxidant in an internal mixer,a novel SBS/EVA hot-melt adhesive was prepared.After structure and properties characterization of the SBS/ EVA hot-melt adhesive effects of SBS thermoplastic elastomer on softening point,peeling strength and tensile strength of the SBS/EVA hot-melt adhesive were respectively investigated by using simple variable method,. Effect of the content of SBS on the failure state of SBS/EVA hot-melt adhesive was also studied.Results showed that the addition of SBS could greatly improve the tensile property and adhesive property of EVA hotmelt adhesive.With increasing content of SBS,both the softening point and the tensile strength of SBS/EVA hot-melt adhesive gradually increase,but the peeling strength firstly increases and then decreases.The maximum content of SBS is 25%.SBS can enhance the toughness of EVA hot-melt adhesive.
