摘要
20世纪后,我国城市化速度令世界瞩目。但随着城市空间扩容与人口集中涌入,可利用的地上空间资源逐步减少,高昂的老旧改造费用也使得越来越多的开发者将目光投向城市开发的潜在资源——城市地下空间。近十年的城市地下空间发展如火如荼,从简单的过街地下通道,到城市地铁网络、开放式地下街区,地下空间的利用形式越来越多样化、常态化,但随着城市地下空间的大规模开发,地下空间幽暗封闭的特质带给使用者们的感官问题也随之放大。目前,越来越多的开发者和设计师们也在更多地关注地下空间舒适度的研究,力求在满足城市地下空间的功能与规范要求的同时,提高地下空间的使用感受,越来越多的学者们也在该理论的视角下进行不断的探索。笔者希望通过VOSviewer这一可视化分析软件,对中国知网(CNKI)收录的城市地下空间舒适性研究文献进行可视化图谱分析,分析未来城市地下空间舒适度的研究热点和趋势,以期在未来城市地下空间舒适度开发优化方面提供一点启发。
After the 20th century,the speed of urbanization in China attracted the world’s attention.However,with the expansion of urban space and the concentrated influx of population,the available above-ground space resources are gradually reduced,and the high cost of old renovation makes more and more developers turn their eyes to the potential resources of urban development--urban underground space.Nearly a decade of urban underground space development in full swing,from simple underground tunnel,crossing the street to the city subway network,open ground block,the use of underground space is more and more diversified,normalized,but with the large-scale development of urban underground space,underground space darkness closed qualities bring users sensory problems has been enlarged.At present,more and more developers and designers are also paying more attention to the research on the comfort of underground space,striving to improve the use experience of underground space while meeting the functional and normative requirements of urban underground space.More and more scholars are also making continuous explorations under the perspective of this theory.The author hopes to use VOSviewer,a visualization analysis software,to analyze the research literature on urban underground space comfort collected by CNKI,analyze the research hotspots and trends of future urban underground space comfort,so as to provide some inspiration for the development and optimization of urban underground space comfort in the future.
