摘要
津西拉森钢板桩在实际打桩过程中出现打桩机加持部位腹板开裂问题。通过对开裂样品进行理化检验和金相分析,发现钢材存在偏析带是导致腹板开裂的根本原因,而偏析带内存在马氏体组织是导致其开裂的主要原因。针对开裂原因,采取相应控制措施,腹板中心偏析问题得到有效解决。
The web cracking problem of pile driver's holding part occurred in the actual piling process of Jinxi Lasen steel sheet pile.Through the physical and chemical inspection and metallographic analysis of the cracked samples,it is found that the segregation band in the steel is the root cause of the web cracking,and the martensite structure in the segregation band is the main cause of the cracking.In view of the cracking reason,the corresponding control measures are taken,and the problem of web center segregation is effectively solved.
