摘要 采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪等分析了氢致开裂管线钢试样的夹杂物形貌和成分,结合试验对管线钢的开裂原因进行了综合分析,并提出了工艺优化措施,结果可为抗酸腐蚀管线钢的生产和研发提供借鉴。 The morphology and composition of inclusions in hydrogen induced cracking pipeline steel samples were analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. The cracking reason of pipeline steel was comprehensively analyzed combined with the test, and the process optimization measures were put forward. The results could provide reference for the production and development of acid corrosion resistant pipeline steel.
