摘要
为加大对土地资源的利用和满足使用要求,越来越多的住宅或者办公楼设置多层地下室,基坑深度达到10米以上,与之相对应的,基坑支护设计需要设置支撑梁等措施来满足深基坑支护的受力要求。深基坑地下室的施工组织需考虑支撑梁的影响。本文以某深基坑项目的地下室施工组织为例,分析支撑梁与地下室施工组织的关系,通过优化施工组织、减少工作面闲置和人员窝工,达到提高经济效益的目的,供类似项目借鉴。
In order to increase the use of land resources and meet the use requirements,more and more residential or office buildings are equipped with multi-storey basements,and the depth of the foundation pit often reaches more than 10 meters.Correspondingly,the design of foundation pit support often needs to set up support beams and other measures to meet the stress requirements of deep foundation pit support.The influence of supporting beam should be considered in basement construction organization of deep foundation pit.This paper takes the basement construction organization of a deep foundation pit project as an example,analyzes the relationship between the support beam and the basement construction organization,so as to optimize the construction organization,reduce the idleness of the working time and personnel,and then improve the economic benefits,which can be used for reference by similar projects.
