摘要
绿地中心·蜀峰468项目工程基坑采用"3道钢筋混凝土内支撑+局部3道预应力锚索"的联合支护形式。其内支撑混凝土强度高、体量大且周边环境复杂,通过方案对比,最终决定采用绳锯切割的方式先切断混凝土内支撑与护壁桩的连接,再使用爆破拆除的方式进行大面积拆除。监测结果表明,基坑及周边环境变形均在设计允许范围内,保证了工程及周边环境的安全,且最大程度地节省了工期。
The combined support form of three reinforced concrete internal supports and local three prestressed anchor cable were adopted in a foundation excavation engineering. The strength of the internal bracing concrete is high, the volume is large, and the environment is complex. Through the program comparison, the method of rope saw cutting was firstly used to cut off the concrete support connection with the retaining piles, and then the method of blasting demolition was adopted. The monitoring results show that the deformation of foundation excavation and surrounding environment is under control, the safety of the project and surrounding environment was ensured, and the construction period was reduced.
