摘要
为了获得性能优良的压裂液体系,以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、丙烯酸(AA)为原料,聚合制备了一种低分子聚合物稠化剂SS-AMD,通过因素对比优化了合成条件,并对产物进行了性能评价。实验结果表明,聚合物类压裂液稠化剂SS-AMD的最优合成条件为:AM∶AMPS∶DMDAAC∶AA=7∶1∶1∶1,时间6h,温度50℃,引发剂占总体质量的0.6%,pH=6~7,单体的总质量浓度为20%。所制备的稠化剂SS-AMD在0.4%和0.55%的加量下,在170s^(-1)、120℃和160℃的条件下剪切2h,表观黏度均高于50mPa·s,抗剪切性好,携砂稳定。用人造岩芯在90℃下对破胶液进行岩心伤害评价,岩心伤害率低于10%,远小于国家标准与行业标准。
In order to obtain fracturing fluid with excellent performance,applied acrylamide(AM),2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS),dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC),acrylic acid(AA)as raw materials,a low molecular polymer thickener SS-AMD was prepared.The preparation conditions were optimized by factors analysis,and the performance of SS-AMD was evaluated.The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions for preparation were:AM:AMPS:DMDAAC:AA=7:1:1:1,time was 6h,temperature was 50℃,initiator accounted was 0.6%(wt),pH=6~7,total monomer mass concentration was 20%(wt).The thickener preparation with SS-AMD under the added amount of 0.4%and 0.55%,the viscosity of SS-AMD was higher than 50mPa·s after shearing 2h at 120℃,160℃and 170s^(-1),had temperature and shear resistance and good sand carrying capacity.The core damage evaluation experiment was carried out with artificial cores at 90℃,and the core damage rate was less than 10%,which was far less than the national and industrial standards.
