摘要 现浇箱梁施工时,为降低支架体系搭设的难度,通常采用挂篮施工。对于大型挂篮的浇筑施工,挂篮体系的稳定性和承载性能常常是现场控制的难点。基于复杂水域宽幅现浇箱梁大型挂篮施工过程中的难点问题进行技术创新,形成了一套较为完善的复杂水域宽幅现浇箱梁大型挂篮施工技术,并对该技术的工艺原理、施工工艺流程和关键技术要点进行了系统分析,阐明了研究技术的工程适用性和工程应用价值。 In the construction of cast-in-place box girder,in order to reduce the difficulty of erecting the support system,hanging basket construction is usually used.For the pouring construction of large cradles,the stability and load-bearing performance of the cradle system are often difficult points for on-site control.Based on the difficult problems in the construction process of large-scale hanging basket of wide cast-in-place box girder in complex waters,this paper carries out technical innovation,and forms a relatively perfect construction technology of large-scale hanging basket of wide cast-in-place box girder in complex waters,and systematically analyzes the process principle,construction process and key technical points of the technology,The engineering applicability and application value of the research technology are expounded.
