计及二次调频独立型微电网快速调频策略 被引量:3

摘要 独立型微电网惯性弱、功率波动性强,遭遇大的功率扰动时,主电源调频容量不足易引起系统频率失稳。为了提高独立型微电网暂态频率稳定能力,提出了一种计及二次调频的快速调频策略。首先分析独立型微电网在主电源一/二次调频作用下频率运行区间,并通过仿真研究大扰动下主电源控制行为及频率特征。在此基础上,计及二次调频影响,基于微网协调控制器动态计算调频动作门槛值并快速调节恒功率控制电源输出功率,辅助主电源进行紧急调频,提高暂态频率稳定性。最后,通过RTDS硬件在环试验验证了该策略的有效性和可行性。 The independent microgrid has weak inertia and strong power fluctuation.In case of encountering large power disturbance,insufficient frequency modulation capacity of main power supply source is likely to cause instability of system frequency.In order to improve the transient frequency stability of the independent micro grid,a kind of fast frequency modulation strategy considering secondary frequency modulation is proposed.Firstly,the frequency operating interval of the independent microgrid under the primary/secondary frequency modulation of the main power supply is analyzed and the control behavior and frequency characteristics of the main power supply under large disturbance are further studied through simulation.On this basis and consideration of the influence of secondary frequency modulation,the frequency modulation operation threshold value is dynamically calculated,the constant power control power supply output power is adjusted quickly and emergency frequency modulation for the auxiliary power supply is performed on the basis of micro grid coordinated controller so to improve stability of transient frequency.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the strategy are verified by RTDS hardware in the loop test.
