摘要
在教育事业不断发展的背景下,高职教学受到了全社会的关注。气排球教学是高职教育发展的主要组成,通过规范性的教学能够充分培养学生的能力,使学生从中得到锻炼。然而,在目前的气排球教学中还存在许多不足,教师无法根据学生的实施需求实施教学,对学生知识能力的稳步提高产生了不利的影响。为此,教师需要正视这一现状,准确把握实际教学中存在的问题,将分层教学法应用到高职气排球教学中,强化学生的身体素质,对学生的心理品质加以培养。该文针对分层教学法展开全面探讨,提出科学的应用策略,以为教学水平的稳步提升打下坚实基础。
Under the background of the continuous development of education cause, higher vocational teaching has received the common attention of the whole society. Gas volleyball teaching is the main component of higher vocational education development, through normative teaching can fully cultivate students’ ability, so that students get exercise. However, there are still many deficiencies in the current teaching of gas volleyball, teachers can not implement teaching according to the implementation needs of students, which has a negative impact on the steady improvement of students’ knowledge ability. Therefore, teachers need to face up to this situation, accurately grasp the problems existing in practical teaching, apply stratified teaching method to the teaching of gas volleyball in higher vocational colleges, strengthen students’ physical quality and train students’ psychological quality. This paper discusses the stratified teaching method comprehensively and puts forward the scientific application strategy, which lays a solid foundation for the steady improvement of teaching level.
