胡枝子叶斑病病原鉴定及其生物学性状

摘要 为明确胡枝子Lespedeza bicolor叶斑病病原,对辽宁铁岭胡枝子进行病害调查,实地采集具有典型症状的叶片,采用组织分离法对病原菌分离、培养,测定其致病性;结合形态学特征和多基因系统发育分析,确定胡枝子叶斑病的病原菌为Epicoccum latusicollum。最适合该菌生长的碳源为棉籽糖,氮源为牛肉粉,pH值为6,温度为27℃,菌丝致死温度为50℃。该研究结果为胡枝子叶斑病田间防治提供理论支持。 To determine the pathogen causing leaf spot of Lespedeza bicolor occurred in Tieling,Liaoning Province,leaves of L. bicolor with typical symptoms were collected and the pathogenicity was determined after the pathogen was isolated by tissue isolation method. Combined with morphological characteristics and polygenic phylogenetic analysis,it was determined that the pathogen of L. bicolor leaf spot was Epicoccum latusicolum. The most suitable carbon source for the growth of E. latusicolum was raffinose,the nitrogen source was beef powder,the pH value was 6,the temperature was 27 ℃,and the lethal temperature of mycelium was 50 ℃. These results will provide theoretical support for the control of L. bicolor leaf spot.
