摘要
在变电站带电检修工作中,如何在设备运行状态下安全、高效地开展断、接母线侧隔离开关引流线成为变电检修工作中的一个重要的技术难题。针对高海拔地区变电站110~220 kV母线侧隔离开关结构特点、布置形式,以及母线侧隔离开关引流线的规格型号、排列形式和连接方式等提出了6种适用于不同工况下带电断、接引流线的作业方法,并对各种作业方法的关键步骤及安全注意事项进行详细说明,为切实解决高海拔地区变电站110~220 kV母线侧隔离开关引流线带电断、接提供技术支持和安全保障。
It is an important technical problem that how to safely and efficiently carry out the disconnection switch and the isolation switch of the bus-bar side under the condition of the equipment running in the live maintenance of substation.Aiming at the structural characteristics and layout of the 110~220 kV bus-side isolating switch in high-altitude substations,as well as the specifications,arrangement and connection method of the drain wire of the bus-side isolating switch,six operation methods suitable for live disconnection and connection of lead wires under different working conditions are proposed.The key steps and safety precautions of various operation methods are described in detail,so as to provide technical support and safety guarantee for effectively solving the live disconnection and connection of the drain line of the 110~220 kV bus side disconnector in substations at high altitude.
