一起220 kV变电站母线开关异常分闸事件的分析

摘要 分析了一起220 kV变电站母线开关异常分闸事件的事件。经过对该异常分闸事件的一二次设备检查和分析,确定本次开关异常分闸事件的原因,分析了整个分闸异常事件的全过程。工作人员发现该线开关三相不一致端子箱内温湿度感应器数据上送异常,随即到开关本体三相不一致端子箱处更换温湿度感应器电池,导致工作中开关异常分闸。该事件暴露出工作人员安全意识淡薄、危险点辨识不足、施工不规范导致K38(K37)继电器动作,引起开关异常分闸。该事件提醒我们在设备管理以及操作中的各个环节须做到严谨、细致,避免该类事件再次发生。 This paper analyzes an event of abnormal opening of a 220 kV substation bus switch.After the first and second equipment inspection and analysis of the abnormal opening event,the cause of the abnormal opening event of the switch was determined,and the whole process of the abnormal opening event was analyzed.It was discovered that during work,the staff found that the data of the temperature and humidity sensor in the three-phase inconsistent terminal box of the line switch was abnormal,and then the temperature and humidity sensor battery was replaced at the threephase inconsistent terminal box of the switch body,which caused the switch to be abnormally opened during work.The incident exposed the poor safety awareness of the analysis staff,insufficient identification of dangerous points,and irregular construction that caused the K38(K37)relay to operate,causing the switch to open abnormally.The problems exposed by the incident also remind us that all aspects of equipment management and operation should be rigorous and meticulous to avoid such incidents from happening again.
