摘要
本文以光皮桦种子为对象,测定不同浓度(10、30、50 mg·L^(-1))赤霉素(GA_(3))、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理下种子萌发过程中过氧化酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,为光皮桦种子萌发的生理机理研究提供理论基础。结果表明:不同外源激素下光皮桦种子萌发过程中体内抗氧化酶活性含量变化存在明显差异,随着赤霉素处理浓度的增加,光皮桦种子体内的抗氧化酶活性呈现增高趋势,表明赤霉素浸种对种子抗氧化酶活性具有促进作用;而低浓度吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸处理可提高种子体内抗氧化酶活性,高浓度处理对种子萌发过程中的抗氧化酶活性具有抑制作用;施加合适浓度的外源激素可以显著提高种子萌发过程中的抗氧化酶活性,增强种子的萌发力,为培育健康种苗提供条件。
Antioxidant enzyme activities like Peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in the seeds of Betula luminiferas during the process of germination treated with different concentrations of gibberellin(GA_(3)),indole acetic acid(IAA)and indole butyric acid(IBA).The results showed that there were significant differences in the content of antioxidant enzyme activities during seed germination under different exogenous hormones.With the increase of GA_(3) concentration,the activities of antioxidant enzymes in seeds of Betula luminiferas increased,indicating that GA_(3) could promote the activities of antioxidant enzymes in seeds.Low concentration of IAA and IBA promoted the activity of antioxidant enzymes in seeds,while high concentration of IBA inhibited the activity of antioxidant enzymes during seed germination.Applying appropriate concentration of exogenous hormones can significantly improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the process of seed germination,enhance the germination of seeds,and provide theoretical research for cultivating healthy seedlings.
