摘要
凋落物是影响种子萌发的重要环境因子。本文分别用杉木枯落叶水浸液、鲜叶水浸液、表层土水浸液、深层土水浸液和蒸馏水浸泡24 h处理光皮桦种子,观察记录光皮桦种子发芽率、发芽势,以及萌发后幼苗的芽长、根长、鲜重、干重。结果表明,在发芽率方面,鲜叶水浸液处理的光皮桦种子发芽率与对照组相比达到显著抑制水平。枯落叶水、表层土水、深层土水浸液对光皮桦种子萌发都起到一定的促进作用,发芽率分别为20.00%、25.30%、25.60%。其中枯落叶水浸液处理后的光皮桦幼苗长势最好,芽长为8.64 mm;表层土水浸液处理后的光皮桦幼苗根长最长,为11.69 mm;深层土水浸液处理过的光皮桦幼苗鲜重值和干重值最大,分别为0.017 0 g、0.003 8 g。
Forest litter is an important environmental factor affecting seed germination. In this paper, Betula luminifera seeds were treated for 24 h with water extracts of under-forest dead leaves, fresh leaves, topsoil and deep soil of Cunninghamia Lanceolata forest and distilled water as control respectively. The germination rate, germination potential and the bud length, root length, fresh weight and dry weight of the seedlings were observed and recorded. The results showed that the germination rate of Betula luminifera seeds treated with water extract of the fresh leaves was significantly inhibited compared with the control, The germination rate of B. luminifera seeds could be promoted to some extent with water extracts of the dead leaves, topsoil and deep soil, reaching 20.00%, 25.30% and 25.60%respectively, and the seedlings treated with water extract of the dead leaves grew best, with the bud length of 8.64 mm;the root length of the seedlings treated with water extract of the topsoil was the longest, reaching 11.69 mm;the fresh weight and dry weight of the seedlings treated with water extract of the deep soil were the biggest, reaching 0.017 0 g and 0.0038 g respectively.
