摘要
在软弱下卧层的滨海深厚填石地基中,如何提高地基承载力、控制地基土沉降和不均匀沉降一直是填方地基工程设计及施工的热点和难点。通过对深厚填石地基分层沉降数据的分析及固结沉降计算,并对建筑物沉降数据进行拟合对比分析,结果表明:对于存在软弱下卧层的填石地基,填石层压缩量占总沉降量比例较小,地基土沉降主要源于下卧粉质黏土层的固结沉降,即地基土的沉降趋势主要取决于下卧粉质黏土层;建筑物沉降变化趋势可采用指数曲线和双曲线进行拟合,取双曲线预测值作为上限值,取指数曲线预测值作为下限值,并取二者的平均值作为预测指导值;在充分复核地基土固结沉降趋势后,建筑物纠偏应考虑后续沉降量所需的过纠量,以避免建筑物发生二次不均匀沉降。
In the coastal deep rockfill foundation with soft substratum, how to improve the foundation bearing capacity and control the total settlement and uneven settlement of foundation soil has always been the hot and difficult point in the design and construction stage. Through the analysis of foundation layered settlement data and consolidation settlement calculation, the building settlement data are fitted and compared. The results show that: in the deep rockfill foundation with soft substratum, the compression of rockfill layer accounts for a small proportion of the total settlement, and the settlement of foundation soil mainly comes from the consolidation settlement of underlying silty clay layer. The settlement trend of foundation soil mainly depends on the underlying silty clay layer. The settlement trend of buildings can be fitted by exponential curve and hyperbola curve. The hyperbolic value is taken as the upper limit, the exponential value is taken as the lower limit. The average value can be used as the prediction guidance value. After fully reviewing the consolidation settlement trend of foundation, the over correction required for subsequent settlement shall be considered for building deviation correction, so as to avoid secondary uneven settlement of buildings.
