摘要
运用Aspen Plus软件对乙醇-氯仿混合物变压精馏工艺进行模拟与研究,并且基于总流程能耗最小的评价方式对工艺参数进行优化,最终实现了乙醇与氯仿的高效分离,乙醇与氯仿产物的质量纯度均达到0.999,最终的工艺参数为低压塔的塔板数35,回流比0.8,进料位置21,循环物流进料位置14;高压塔的塔板数33,回流比1.1,进料位置23。该研究方法为基于能耗最小优化工艺参数的变压精馏设计提供了参考。
In this paper,Aspen Plus software was used to simulate and study the pressure swing distillation process of ethanolchloroform mixture, and the process parameters were optimized based on the evaluation method with the minimum energy consumption of the total process.The final process parameters are as follows: the number of trays of the low-pressure column is35,the reflux ratio is 0.8,the feeding tray is 21th,and the circulating logistics feeding tray is 14th;the number of trays of the high-pressure tower is 33,the reflux ratio is 1.1,and the feeding trays is 23th.The research method provides a reference for the design of pressure swing process based on the optimization of process parameters with minimum energy consumption.
