摘要
果蔬汁加工废水属于中高浓度有机废水,具有固体杂质多、有机物浓度高、水质水量变化大等特点。处理果蔬汁加工废水的关键核心技术在于厌氧消化,而厌氧-好氧联合处理工艺是一条经济有效的重要技术途径。目前国内关于果蔬汁废水处理的相关研究和工艺报道较少。主要对果蔬汁废水处理技术及工艺案例进行总结。
The juice processing wastewater belongs to the medium and high concentration of organic wastewater with the characteristics of high content solid impurities,high organic matter concentration,and vast changes in water quality and water volume.The core treatment technology is anaerobic digestion,yet the combined process is an important technical way to solve the wastewater treatment economically and effectively.At present,there are few related research and process examples inside China.The author summarized the fruit and vegetable juice wastewater treatment technologies and process cases.
