以“EABE”为核心的潜艇艇员快速上浮脱险实作教学模式设计与应用

摘要 目的:针对已经过潜艇专业基础培训并在艇上服役的潜艇艇员这一特定对象,设计开发快速上浮脱险实作教学模式,以提高实作教学效果、训练效率和安全性。方法:采取参训学员访谈、资料分析、实训过程和结果分析等方法,确定快速上浮脱险复训的关键环节,筛选教学模式的核心内容,建立相应的实作教学方法。结果:设计以“EABE”(耳压平衡、供气控制、浮力控制、应急处置)为核心内容的实操教学模式,并在快速上浮脱险训练中应用与完善。结论:采用该模式进行潜艇艇员骨干快速上浮脱险教学训练,具有训练效率高、安全性高、训练深度大、实装对接紧密等优点,可推广到新训艇员完成基础理论学习和基本技能训练后的实作训练阶段。 Objective To design and develop a practicum on fast buoyancy ascent escape with enhanced outcome,efficiency,and safety,for submarine crew who have completed preliminary training and started serving on a submarine.Methods We determined the critical steps in fast buoyancy ascent escape training,the core content of the training,and corresponding training methods through interviews with trainees,data analysis,practical training process,and result analysis.Results A practicum was thus designed and produced,incorporating EABE(equalization,air supply control,buoyancy control,and emergency disposal)as its core content,which has been applied and optimized in the training.Conclusion This practicum features higher efficiency,safety,training depth,and compatibility in the training of key crew members on fast buoyancy ascent escape.It can also be extended to the practical training of new crew after their completion of basic theory learning and basic skills training.
