摘要 目的 :探讨大深度快速上浮脱险对潜水员鼓膜的影响。方法 :以P =at/b速度加压 ,7名潜水员分别进行了 3、10、6 0、80、10 0、12 0、15 3m深度 4 0人次实验。实验前后检查潜水员双侧鼓膜。结果 :6 0、80、12 0、15 3m实验时各有 1名潜水员发生了单侧耳鼓膜轻度充血 ,未出现鼓膜穿孔。结论 Objective: To explore the effect of great deep buoyant ascent on the tympanic membrane of divers. Method:Various depths of 3, 10, 60, 80, 100, 120, 153 m simulated buoyant ascents were carried out successively for 40 man/times by using the compression profile of P=a t/b. The divers' tympanic membranes were examined both before and after buoyant ascent experiments. Result: There occurred a case of unilateral slight congestion in tympanic membranes following buoyancy escape ascents at depths of 60, 80, 120, 153 m respectively, but without tympanic membrane rupture. Conclusion: Divers can withstand rapid changes in environmental pressure during buoyant ascent escape.
