摘要
基于乡村振兴战略的大背景下,我国乡村人居环境得到了较大的改善。为避免村落在发展的过程中出现风貌同质化的问题,文章以北京市怀柔区西栅子村作为研究对象,充分挖掘村落的提升和更新价值并总结本村发展的优势和劣势。通过实地调研、村民访谈等方式针对建筑保护与更新、公共活动空间以及基础设施三大发展问题提出改善当地人居环境的构想策略,为实现乡村差异化和个性化的发展提供新理念和新思路。
Under the background of Rural Vitalization Strategy,China’s rural residential environment has been greatly improved. In order to avoid the problem of style homogenization in the process of village development,this paper takes Xizhazi village,Huairou District,Beijing as the research object,fully excavates the promotion and renewal value of the village,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Xizhazi village development. By means of field investigation and villagers’ interview,this paper puts forward the conceptual strategies to improve the local living environment from the three major development problems of building protection and renewal,public activity space and infrastructure,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the realization of rural differentiated and personalized development.
