摘要
中国传统海洋文化中崇尚和平、平等合作、勇于探索、维护国家统一等要素构成了中国特色海洋文化的底色。新时代,中国特色海洋文化建设应以中国传统海洋文化中的精华为基础,制定和执行新时代中国特色海洋文化建设规划,树立全民热爱海洋、保护海洋和促进海洋可持续发展的意识和文化理念,繁荣发展中国特色海洋文艺,推动中国特色海洋文化事业和文化产业发展,积极开展海洋文化对外交流事业。新时代,中国特色海洋文化建设将会极大提升中国的对外吸引力和对内凝聚力,促进中国软实力的大幅度提升,服务海洋强国战略的历史使命,推动构建海洋命运共同体,提高中国国家统一的文化向心力。
The elements of traditional Chinese maritime culture, such as advocating peace, equality and cooperation, courageous exploration and maintenance of national unity, constitute the foundation of the maritime culture with Chinese characteristics. In this new era, the building of the maritime culture with Chinese characteristics should be based on the essence of traditional Chinese maritime culture. It also requires the formulation and implementation of a plan for the building of maritime culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and the establishment of the awareness and cultural concept of universal love for the sea, protection of the sea and sustainable development of the sea. Efforts should be made to promote the prosperous development of marine literature and arts with Chinese characteristics, develop a maritime culture with Chinese characteristics and the cultural industry, and actively carry out marine cultural exchanges with other countries. In the new era, the building of a maritime culture with Chinese characteristics will greatly promote China’s attraction abroad and cohesion at home, substantially enhance China’s soft power, serve the historical mission of the maritime power strategy, facilitate the building of a maritime community of shared future, and improve the cultural centripetal force of China’s national unity.
