摘要
高职面向社会人员招生背景下,人才培养模式创新是当前职业教育的热点,文章以南京科技职业学院社会人员招生人才培养创新实践为例,对适应不同学习发展需求,多元灵活的人才培养模式实践进行分析,提出了三种模式及其实施等创新观点,以期对高职院校社招人才培养模式具有一定的借鉴意义。
In the context of higher vocational training for social workers, talent training model innovation is the current hot spot of vocational education. This paper takes Nanjing Polytechnic Institute of logistics management as an example, focusing on different learning development needs and diversified talent training model practice for analysis. This paper puts forward three models and their implementation and other innovative ideas, in order to give some reference significance to the social training model of higher vocational institutions.
