摘要
校企合作协同育人是应用型本科高校创新教学模式,提升人才培养质量的重要途径。该研究立足于应用型本科高校新文科专业的校企合作发展,以郑州经贸学院物流管理专业为对象,重点分析了该专业在校企合作中采取的主要模式及在“双师型”教师培养、人才分类培养等方面取得的合作成果,剖析新文科专业校企合作的现状及存在的主要问题,并提出创新校企合作的发展建议,为同类院校新文科专业校企合作发展提供相应的经验,同时为优化新时代高校应用型人才培养模式提供参考。
University-enterprise cooperation is an important way for application-oriented universities to innovate teaching mode and improve the quality of talent training.This study based on the applied undergraduate colleges and universities university-enterprise cooperation development,the new arts specialty in college of economics and trade,Zhengzhou logistics management as the object,analyzed the main mode applied in the cooperation between colleges and professional in"double type"teachers’cultivation,talents classification aspects of cooperation achievements,and analyze the present situation and main problems of new liberal arts majors university-enterprise cooperation.In addition,suggestions on innovative university-enterprise cooperation and development are put forward to provide corresponding experience for the development of university-enterprise cooperation of new liberal arts major in similar colleges and universities,and at the same time serve as a reference for optimizing the cultivation of applied talents in colleges and universities in the new era.
